ANIMATION & EFFECTS

Motion graphic animation (aka “motion design”), when used to tell a story, can be one of the most expressive, appealing, and accessible forms of creative content. It can bring a brand to life. It can spark your audience’s imagination. It can turn something complicated or ambiguous into something intuitive. It can turn a corporate function into a cinematic event. It allows you to explore a creative execution without limitations.

And of course, because I use After Effects so often, I also dabble in keying, rotoscoping, screen replacement, camera tracking, and other essential, visual compositing effects.

So let your imagination run wild. Or set mine loose. Either way, you’re in good hands.

LARGE SCREEN CONTENT

Would you believe that my largest screen content has reached over 300 feet and 16,000 pixels across? For a decade I have been creating bespoke screen content for huge, annual conferences and international events with enormous projection screens and LED panels. It’s quite the undertaking, but the results speak for themselves. Especially when they are seen in person.

Par for the course, working with After Effects would be impossible without intimate knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowing how to manipulate raster and vector artwork, plus using 3D design and 3D editing software like Blender or TinkerCad when needed, is essential when production value is priority one.
